We Make Dependable Fire Service Software
Incident Command. Firefighter Scheduling. Firefighter Rehab. All of our solutions are robust, yet simple to use in the field.
Batt3’s corporate philosophy is simple. We will only provide proven technology that is easy to use under fire, and we will back it up with industry leading customer service. Both of these concepts resonate with us because of our experience. We won’t personally use hard programs while working at a fire, and we have high customer service expectations from vendors whom we have given our money and trust.
Batt3’s scheduling software, FireRoster.com, is quickly becoming one of the most popular schedulers on the market. We have created a scalable solution that works well with small departments, as well as large metropolitan departments. The tools and features included, make this a full-scale software solution without the incredible cost associated with systems of the past. Being web-based, offering a free trial period, no set-up cost, and no long term contracts makes FireRoster the logical choice to handle your department’s needs.
Utilizing a web-based scheduling software will absolutely aid your department in staffing challenges. Having employees who know where they are assigned eliminates unnecessary phone calls, or members being late. The built in tools will have a tremendous time saving advantage over traditional methods of scheduling.
ICx: Incident Command
Utilizing a digital command board, tactical worksheet and accountability tool ensures the ability to access more information quicker than traditional methods. Our intuitive design combines modern technology with a traditional tactical worksheet feel.
Everyone agrees on the benefit of providing rehab for firefighters engaged in firefighting and strenuous training. However, agreeing with it and putting it into practice sometimes are two different things. Never before has there been a software application designed specifically for tracking firefighter rehab, built to be consistent with the guidelines set in the NFPA 1584 Standard. RehabPro provides a simple solution to fit into it’s client departments’ policy procedure, and practices. We start with an easy to see interface that begins a timer when checked into rehab. This is consistent with rehab accountability, which is often overlooked. The time after check in provides the rehab manager with an accurate time of rest before first set of vitals are taken. The vitals are entered and then repeated after a period of time. The vital signs are computed in the Return to Action (RTA) ® Algorithm and will alert the rehab manager when someone is flagged to not return to work. All vital information is uploaded into the users individual profile, which is protected information and only able to be accessed by the individual member. The department is able to run statistics on the rehab history, however the program ensures that only data which guarantees anonymity is available. Building this program speaks to us and our core values of working toward firefighter safety.
